Please note your goods will shipped on on working days. Shipping timing begins when you receive the shipping confirmation email.
Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to change the delivery address or method, or any details within your order, such as product, number of products and size.
All parcels will required a signature on delivery, someone else can sign for the package.
If you are not home to receive the delivery, the courier will leave a contact card to pick up the package in person from your nearest depot or access point (ID will be needed).
We cannot deliver to certain addresses such as hotels, restaurants, stores, or forwarding addresses.
Any country or region outside the United Kingdom is subject to pay taxes & duties set by their country upon delivery.
Please note, these fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable, even if you return your order.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed before 06:00am Monday - Friday are shipped on the same day.
If your order was placed after 06:00am Monday - Friday, then your order will be shipped the next-working day.
Orders placed Saturday & Sunday will be shipped the next business working day.
*Orders placed on bank holidays (e.g. Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, etc), will only be processed the next working day due to delivery couriers being closed. Please take this into consideration when purchasing. However, delivery times will be the same once shipped- so if you paid for next-day delivery, you will receive your order the next day once shipped*
How long will delivery take?
Your order will be shipped via Royal Mail or DPD.
You'll have the option at the checkout to select your delivery method: Next Day, Express (1-2 working days) or standard (3-5 working days).
Can I track my order?
Yes, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can track your order through Royal Mail/ DPD website or app by inserting the tracking number.
At Kicksldn there is a 14 days return policy from the date your order was received.
Returns are only possible if the items being returned are brand new and unworn condition, with original tags and laces (if applicable) still attached. Returns that do not comply with these regulations will result in items being sent back to the customer.
When Returning your items, they must be returned in their original sneaker box and placed in an outer box for protection purposes. Orders being sent back without an outer box may be refused and sent back to the customer if damaged.
If we suspect that the item being returned has been replaced with a different item that was not originally sent by Kicksldn, the refund will be rejected and order will be sent back to customer.
If your return is not accepted you will be liable to pay for a shipping label to have the item sent back to you.
Once your Return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you that we have received your return. We will then notify you again of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed and credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment within 10 working days.
When sending you items back, please send them tracked and signed for via Royal Mail to avoid any issues.
*We do not offer free returns, nor refunds on delivery costs when orders are placed.
